Solomon E Experiences “Unbirth” by AstroDomina and Viva Athena

Huzzah, the best time of the year has finally arrived!

The calendar has once again turned to October. That means that I, Solomon E, tsar of terrifying tinies, grandmaster of grotesque giants, lover of Space Godzilla, hater of maple doughnuts, most diabolical of all size reviewers, and an unparalleled genius exiled to a prison planet outside the Ghost Head Nebula, have returned! And what better thing for a macabre reviewer to discuss than a vore clip? Accordingly, I’ll launch this year’s scary posts with a peek at an AstroDomina clip called “Unbirth” which showcases same-size vaginal vore.

Same-size vaginal vore may sound like an unusual phrase to you dear reader. Yet, scenes of such activity are not altogether unknown in popular media (i.e. movies not sold at Clips4Sale). Way back in 1990 a horror anthology entitled “Grim Prairie Tales” featured one story with that theme and more recently so did the serialized TV series “American Gods.” Now let’s turn to today’s video.

Unbirth has a 17-minute long runtime and sells for a pricey $29.99. I call that fee pricey because as of this writing a customer could buy the entire first season of American Gods for less than $30. The first episode features the god Bilquis (the Queen of Sheba) consuming a man via her vagina (as one does). Therefore, a customer could buy a well-produced scene for less money. A digital copy of just the episode in question only costs $2.99. Licensed copies of Grim Prairie Tales are more difficult to track down, but someone uploaded it to YouTube years ago.

Unbirth was initially announced with a March 24, 2025 release date, but did not actually release until early May. An anonymous blog reader first alerted me in mid-April about Unbirth’s then upcoming release. The trailer stated that Unbirth would premiere at SizeCon 2025, but alas that was not to be. (SIDE NOTE: Although, Maxgrowth Production’s “Juice” did premiere at that SizeCon.)

Take note that the original runtime was supposed to be 20 minutes.

To be clear, I am not bothered that the release was delayed by a few months. Better to wait for something good than to receive a sub-optimal product on time. So, was the finished video worth the wait? Well, let’s put a pin in that.

First, let me outline the plot. Unbirth begins with an establishing shot of a large factory complex full of several tall smoke stacks and rusted metal. Does the producer intend us to believe AstroDomina lives here in the factory? If so, why? Presumably, a temple or a scary mansion would have better served a powerful magical being than an old manufacturing plant. Put differently, would you live here if you were a goddess? Perhaps if you had no other choice, but such a scenario would diminish our goddess’s agency. Ergo, she has to live in a rundown place unsuited for comfortable residence because she has no other options.

Is this an old car factory?

Viva Athena begins the action with a monologue saying “I had always wanted to return to the womb. A sick desire. A primal need. One I couldn’t ignore.” Fortunately, she has heard rumors of a goddess who can grant this unorthodox request. Per her dialogue, this will lead to Athena’s rebirth, but we never do see Athena’s return. Instead, the clip only shows her departure from this world, but more about that bit later.

Cinematography, costumes, set design, and sound design were pretty dang good all things considered!

The bed and numerous lit candles were an excellent fit for the intended mood.

However, there was no vore until the last minute and a half. Furthermore, there were no special effects. Instead, there were multiple shots of AstroDomina’s belly as she pushed it in and out and of Athena being pulled underneath AstroDomina until she completely disappeared.

Well, there were some special effects in the form of A.I. art. The first instance of A.I. art depicted a demonic face which was unrelated to the action on screen. Presumably, viewers were meant to assume that the demon was AstroDomina’s true form, but if that was indeed the creator’s intent then it did not succeed. If AstroDomina had been licking Viva Athena’s forehead right before this A.I. art popped up then a connection could have been drawn, but as it was the demon’s actions and AstroDomina’s actions were quite different. Then there were some odd chubby drooling baby faces. Plus another version of the demon shows up.

This A.I. art was certainly disturbing, but ultimately was more bizarre than scary. It raised questions such as: Is that a tongue or a stream of fluid? Why did a drop of liquid hang in the air then disappear? Do we need a monster with a demonic face when, not to put too fine a point on it, AstroDomina did not swallow Viva Athena with her mouth?

Lastly, there was a few seconds of A.I. generated video showing a woman screaming in pain as she dissolves, presumably inside AstroDomina. That was scary and jarring compared to the live action footage! Apparently, Viva Athena got what she wanted and swiftly came to regret her desire.

I have no insider knowledge, but my guess is that originally someone was going to add proper special effects, not just A.I. slop. Remember that the initial announcement said this would be 20-minutes long, but it was only 17-minutes long at release. My assumption is that the producer originally wanted three minutes of special effects (SFX), but something happened and they were unable to complete the SFX. Then they used free A.I. slop to bridge the gap. That did not work to put it mildly.

Overall, I do not recommend vore fans purchase this clip. They would be better served buying something like “Ludella Hahn’s Vore-otic Suggestion” which is cheaper ($12.99 compared to $29.99) and does utilize special effects in the form of CGI (of Ludella’s throat) and practical special effects (a prosthetic belly). Only buy Unbirth if you want a single sex scene between AstroDomina & Viva Athena and are willing to pay thirty bucks.

That’s it for today. Stay tuned to There She Grows for more scary reviews coming soon. Until then, keep screaming!
