“Skye Rising” starring Skye Blue

Good morning everyone,

This post will analyze “Skye Rising” from Media Impact Customs. Skye Rising has a 30-minute runtime, released on October 20, 2024, and stars busty blonde Skye Blue.

Eighteen bucks is not a bad price for a half-hour of footage.

Skye Blue has performed not only for Gary Pranzo’s Media Impact Productions, but also in clips from other studios on Clips4Sale such as Cali Logans Embarrassed Babes, New York Female Wrestling, Super Action Fight Productions, etc.

Something about the “Y” in this font was disturbing 😒 and there should be an “I” in starring.

In this go-around Skye plays the part of a seven-foot-tall college volleyball star who wants to be average height like her peers. In addition to volleyball prowess, Skye is also well-versed in biomechanics and leverages that knowledge to concoct a shrinking formula. She tries out the formula and it works! However, she diminishes past average height until she is only a few inches tall. Then she begins to grow back not only reaching her normal height, but surpassing it by a few feet!

In the following scene Skye is in an otherwise empty locker room wearing a volleyball uniform. Still trying to reduce, Skye has more beakers full of liquid. Once again she drinks more mysterious liquid. However, this time she does not shrink at all, but only becomes larger! Skye then makes her way to the gym. By the way, this transition from lockers to gym was a tad confusing as her head and back broke through the roof, but a hole appeared in the side wall.

I love how she took championship banners to make makeshift clothing.

Finally, she attempts one last time to return to normal. Alas, this does not succeed and Skye increases in size until she no longer fits inside the building! Skye thinks out loud that she stop trying to play God. However, hearing herself say the word “God” makes her think she should abandon trying to shrink, but instead she should become God herself! That leads to her cajoling people in the gym to purposely mix more formula specifically so she can ascend. Then the remaining runtime was devoted to crushing skyscrapers, still more growing, toying with pedestrians and dropping them from great heights to their deaths, vore, etc.

The idea of a giant woman lying on her back in the middle of a city then moving her arms up and down and legs from side to side as if she was making a snow angel was cool. The execution was rough, initially her movements had no effect on the buildings, but the idea was fun.

Eventually, Skye reaches a stature equivalent to the planet Jupiter. Ergo, she makes the Earth look like a marble. The screen fades to black after Skye muses that the Earth was looking really tasty. That was a clever line of dialogue to end the story. It implied that the picture went dark because she ate our world!

Regarding positives, I enjoyed the story. The theme of unwanted growth turning into resignation then gleefully embracing the inevitable was fun! Additionally, the multiple scenes also warranted three changes in wardrobe which was nice. Unfortunately, there was a little less clothing destruction than normal, partly because in the first scene she shrank first then her outfit slipped off. In the sequences where she grew she slipped out of her Reebok tennis shoes vice destroying them. Although, her red toe nails did burst out of her white socks, her back tore up a white shirt in the gym, and her backside beat out her bottoms. Additionally, there was a cute bit where she caught a jet fighter between her fingers. Lastly, Skye Blue made for an attractive yet evil giantess.

Regarding negatives, this is a Media Impact clip. Longtime giantess fans will already be familiar with Gary Pranzo’s works. The CGI and chroma-key effects are unconvincing. For example, in the first scene it is clear that the socks and shoes lying on the bed were not actually there next to Skye. She moved her left foot over them and rested her left palm on top of a shoe and that shoe did not move or shift by a single millimeter. The average person may not notice those errors, but will not think that she is actually moving around those CGI backdrops and cities.

The shadow of the Earth over her lips was a nice touch!

To enjoy them one must suspend disbelief. Just to point out a few things which could have been improved. First, she still had a nose ring when she was seven feet tall which (somehow) also fit when she merely inches tall then more shockingly fit even when she was 100,000 miles tall! Furthermore, she had two rings on her fingers and a necklace that reached tiny then celestial dimensions! Preferably, that jewelry would have slipped off during the shrinking bit. Best not to think about the nose ring while she shrank, maybe best thing would have been to remove all personal adornments before shooting. That would have cost zero money and taken only a tiny bit of effort.

My best guess is that Gary’s approach is to satisfy the original request from the person who paid for the custom without any regard for other potential customers. That is somewhat reasonable. My understanding is that many years ago rampant piracy drove Gary to make only customs. However, after those customs are made available for purchase by the public then those other customers must judge whether or not the video clip is worth their hard-earned money. As one of those customers I wish his performers would remove their jewelry and that he would improve the special effects (SFX).

Overall, I recommend Skye Rising to growth fans and cruel giantess fans that can tolerate dodgy SFX. They can purchase it for $17.99 at the following link: https://www.clips4sale.com/studio/99097/29858935/skye-rising-hd
