An anonymous blog reader requested a review of a giantess or growth video from Awefilms. I perused Awefilm’s catalog and selected “The Giantess: Rene Rising,” a.k.a. “The Giantess.” The Giantess: Rene Rising released in 2013 and starred Rene Marven, a.k.a. Roxie Morgan, as the titular giant woman.

This review will cover the first three parts of The Giantess. Each had a runtime between four and five minutes. The last episode, Part 4, was the longest with a 5 minutes 32 second runtime and it reportedly shows the giantess smashing a man inside his car.
The action began on a sunny winter day in Poughkeepsie, New York, alongside the ice-filled Hudson River. A number of people were out and about enjoying the cool weather when the giantess stood up over a hill, mimicking Godzilla in his first movie from 1954.
The arrival of a towering female bodybuilder surprised onlookers, but perhaps not as much as a viewer might assume. There were no crowds rushing for safety. Nor did law enforcement or military personnel react. Instead, a few people stared and a couple of men with expensive cameras and zoom lens decided to take several pictures. (SIDE NOTE: Unfortunately, there were no credits so the majority of the performers were unidentified.)
A man ran up to a rooftop to take photos. Part 1 ended with the giantess having said not a word, but she did pick the unauthorized photographer up between her fingers. The chroma keying or green screen effect was effective. However, there were no after effects on the wooded hill where she trod. There was a cloud of smoke and a boom when she walked across the forested area, but afterward the hill looked the exact same as before. One expected that there would be massive footprints scarring the landscape.
Part 2 was made for fans of cruel giantesses. Initially, Rene toyed with the photographer and acted like she was going to swallow him. However, she did not actually vore him, but instead crushed him between her palms!
Part 3 involved Rene crushing another man underneath her right foot. She played with him a bit before finally killing him and splattering his blood across the pavement. Then she lied down on her side to flex her muscles while a man in a Ford Mustang watched intently.
As Steve Scibelli wrote, there was no explanation for why Rene was a giantess. Instead, she just appeared. This was made for female bodybuilding fans who love to see a fit woman hit different poses, but do not need nudity or sex. So, in a way this was tame given that there was not even a hint of carnal pleasure. However, on the other hand, this narrative may shock some as it showed a woman killing multiple men. Through all of the action she never spoke, but spent most of the time flexing her impressive muscles. Perhaps the biggest draw was the appeal of an undeniably strong-looking woman playing the part of a giantess.
Regarding negatives, if someone would like to buy them from Awefilms they may encounter difficulties. In order to test out the purchasing option, I added a few clips to a shopping cart, but when I went to checkout they were not listed. The screenshot below shows that, according to the dollar figure on top of the screen, I have $14.75 worth of clips in my shopping cart, but the total in the middle of the page shows no items and zero total charge. Presumably, if you join their site (for $34.95 a month at time of writing) you can download those videos, but I was concerned that even after joining they might still charge money for each one. Otherwise, what was the point of those price tags?
Thankfully, I already had the first three videos for this review. However, new customers may be flummoxed.
Overall, I cannot recommend that anyone buy The Giantess: Rene Rising. Fans of muscular and cruel giantesses may enjoy it, but there was not enough action to warrant troubleshooting how to buy it.
