A Look Back at “Attack of the 50 Foot Hooker!”

The story of this review began awhile back, years ago in fact. The first time that I ever found a copy of this film was in Texas; inside the city of San Antonio to be specific. Inside the Popingo Video Superstore to be very specific. It was in the late 1990s. Jewel’s song “You Were Meant for Me” was regularly playing on the radio. Elsewhere in San Antonio, a restaurant called CiCi’s Pizza offered a very reasonably priced lunch buffet.

Back in Popingo, I wandered through the different sections catering to various genres, each with numerous VHS tapes on their shelves. I passed through a thin black curtain into a special area, separated from the rest due to its adult content. Inside, among the cassettes featuring women such as Lisa Lipps and Wendy Whoppers, was a tape with great promise. It was labeled “Attack of the 50 Foot Hooker.”

I was amazed, having never heard of any adult films featuring giant women. This was an 80-minute long pornographic video focused on a giantess! My mind was overloaded with the many possible sex scenes which could feature a giant woman with normal-sized partners. I thought that, being a “professional” production, there could have been significant financial resources involved, enough to pay for impressive special effects!

The truth was not quite what I had hoped.

Attack of the 50 Foot Hooker was initially released in 1994. (A year after HBO’s remake of “Attack of the 50 Ft. Woman.” IMDB lists the release year as 1997, but to my understanding that refers only to the UK edition.) The film starred Leena. She performed in numerous adult films in the 1990s to include, but not limited to, “Between the Cheeks,” “Femalien,” and “Leena Goes Pro.” It appears that she left the business before 2000.

One of her co-stars, playing the alien, was Sean Michael. He has a much longer list of films to his credit, and is still performing in his early 60s. According to the Adult Film Database, Sean Michael performed in “TS Playground 36,” released in 2020!

The video begins in a promising fashion. Two poles, with overhead power lines strung between them, are visible. Loud booming noises are heard, undoubtedly the footsteps of the 50 foot hooker.

However, we don’t see the giantess at this point. Our view shifts to the inside of a house where four guys are watching porn during a bachelor’s party. Being produced in the 1990s, there is a bit of “gay panic humor.” Specifically, the guy with the cowboy hat makes a positive comment about a male performer in the porno and has to quickly clarify that statement so his friends don’t think he’s gay 🙄

The group decides to get some hookers, and the guy wearing a cowboy hat (let’s call him “Cowboy” for short) prepares to play his guitar. However, before his song begins, the video quickly cuts to the following:

After the above image, viewers see the naked upper torso of a lovely hooker, Leena. Her friend is talking on the telephone with one of the unnamed men from the first scene. There’s another attempt at humor with a mention of trying to use a coupon.

It was evident that there was a script and an attempt to craft a real story, not solely a series of sex scenes.

A space alien teleports into Leena’s place in order to introduce himself. He doesn’t give his name and identifies himself only as a “space alien.” (NOTE: Perhaps his people do not have names or are forbidden to tell humans?) He claims that his mission on Earth is to exchange gifts and promote friendship. He gives his gift to Leena, a set of steak knives, and asks what she has to give in exchange. This leads to the first sex scene, which Leena begins by performing fellatio on the friendly extraterrestrial. He casually mentions that he is normally 50 feet tall and shrunk himself down to appear less intimidating.

(NOTE: We never see his space ship. He mentions that his space ship was right outside and Leena looks out the window, but we never get to see it 😥 )

As far as porn scenes go, this was pretty good. Both performers were enthusiastic. The biggest downside was that a few words were difficult to understand over the smooth light jazz serving as background music.

Back at the bachelor party, Leena’s blonde co-worker is having sex with one of the guys. We learn that his name is John.

Meanwhile, Leena learns that the alien thought she was someone else. Let’s just say that the alien believed she was a famous, female political figure. Leena bids him adieu.

After saying good bye, Leena soon arrives at the bachelor party and pairs off with the bearded guy. (NOTE: So far, only one man, not the bearded guy, has been given a name. Thus I can only refer to this dude as bearded guy or guy who is getting married soon, a.k.a. the bachelor.)

Now we roll into sex scene number three as Beard and Leena go to the bedroom, and exchange the soft jazz background music for something a bit more uptempo. After the pair finish, Beard (I’ll just call him “Beard” now instead of writing “bearded guy”) proclaims that he is no longer getting married. Apparently, the sex was so good that she is now the only girl for him. (NOTE: Beard doesn’t even know Leena’s name.)

Beard tells his fiancée that Leena means nothing to him. Leena then pledges to get even. (NOTE: I can understand why she disliked Beard’s behavior. He said that Leena was the only one for him and then immediately changed his mind after his fiancée arrived. However, it’s hard to believe that Leena had formed an emotional attachment. Why would she care what he does?)

The fiancée, we learn that her name is Cheryl, then participates in the fourth sex scene in the kitchen with Cowboy. Afterward, the two hear the stomping footfalls of something big outside. Cowboy reacts rather calmly when he spots the source.

Finally, at the one hour and 17 minute mark, we first see Leena as a giant woman!

Again, not sure why Leena is upset. She did say that she had never meet anyone like him, but never said that she loved Beard or that she wanted to spend the rest of her life with him. I understand that the plot required that she seek revenge, but it was not motivated.

All in all, this was an enjoyable porno featuring four sex scenes between various men and women. There were no lesbian sex scenes and nothing involving more than two participants at a time. Most importantly for those interested in size-fetish media, the giantess did not appear until the end. That final segment can easily be found online with a simple search.

The film itself is not available on any streaming sites and there are no high-definition versions. No Blu-ray or DVD, VHS only! It’s an interesting curiosity for people, like myself, who enjoy historic porn. However, that said, it’s not worth exerting much effort to find a copy. I’ve seen the entire film and the most interesting bit was the last few minutes. There are many comments on different sites inquiring about possible growth scenes, but the truth is that there are no such scenes. Leena appears as a fifty foot woman without any on-screen transformation.

So, if you can easily find this and are curious, then check it out. But most macrophiles will be just fine watching the last few minutes.
