Interview with GtsMakerDJ, Artist creating NSFW GTS Collage Stories

GtsMakerDJ is a talented collage artist who has been creating illustrated stories under various names in numerous places. These feature buxom models such as Anya Zenkova, Brittany Elizabeth (pictured above), Demora Avarice, Hitomi Tanaka (seen at the very bottom of this page), and Rachel Aldana (in the middle of this interview). Thorough analysis indicates that GtsMakerDJ just might prefer voluptuous ladies. 😉 Several giant couples were also created featuring FF, Fm, and FM pairings. The photoshopped images were uploaded to DeviantArt with a short story, plus “Meta” comments on the making of. That’s a nice way to support other artists and share best practices. #1) Can you tell the readers a little about yourself? 

I’ve spent most of my life jumping back and forth between living in the UK and the USA. Its only in recent years that I’ve stopped, settling down in the North of England.

I worked in academia until 2021 where I switched to a public service job providing specialised tech support. As a result of this, I go long periods on standby which has given me the chance for getting back into my collaging and story writing.

#2) How did you first become interested in giantesses?

It was a gradual thing and took a long while for me realise. When I was little I had a book called ‘Giants, Witches and Dragons’ that I think gave me my initial interest in giants – but I never connected it to my sexual interests until later in my teens.

My dad had a large collection of ‘dirty’ magazines which I would look through when he wasn’t around. My attention was always drawn to the women who were ‘big’ in some way; those with huge breasts, plus-size models, tall models,etc.

It was only seeing a drawing of the 50ft woman in a book (Bart Simpson’s Guide to Life) which made it click for me – this was the kind of ‘big’ women I’d been searching for. I looked up the movie on the computer and found a description which referred to her as a giantess. I searched that term and boom – the rest is history.

#3) What are a few of your favorite works from other creators?

I think my favorite works change depending on my mood, but they’re always from the same collection of creators.

If I want to look at a collage my go-tos are usually Docop, reverseothello, AnAlternativeUsername, Ripstang and Tekitocreations. That’s not forgetting the OG collagers though like Wonderslug, ChuckWagon, Venomm and Maxcat.

For stories I always seek out the captions of OrangeOrc – it’s their writing that encouraged me to flesh out the stories I had in mind when making my collages.

Animation is something I’m a big fan of too. I always find myself going back to the works of JCalin and CityHai – but there’s newer animators too whose work I really enjoy too, like GrowCloneGrow and AZMaybe9.

And of course there are Giantesses themselves. Giantess Katelyn and Lady Ginger Lust are always consistently producing great content and serving as an inspiration for my works.

#4) How would you describe your art?

I think I’m definitely an example of quantity over quality. I have a lot of ideas and often find myself rushing to finish one work to start on the next. This means a lot of my work’s don’t get the level of attention from me that I’m happy with so I’ve gotten in the habit of slapping filters on things to try and cover up the rough edges.

I think my works swing between erotic and just a bit of fun. I like exploring the parts of size content which I find really sexy (growth, nudity/skimpy clothing, large curves, etc) but also poking fun at things like typical cliches in the fetish or media in general.

#5) Any advice for other artists wanting to create realistic size-themed collages?

You’ve got to make sure your giant/tiny not just aligns with the scene – but that they also match it in a number of ways: (i) perspective, (ii) color (contrast, brightness, saturation and overall hue) and (iii) lighting (shadows are important).

Don’t think you need to be held back just because you don’t have photoshop though. I’ve made all my collages with GIMP (I’m a big advocate of open-source software). I also use a number of free online AI tools (such as those provided by Zyro).

#6) What would you like to see in 2023? Or to put that another way, what are your hopes for this year?

I know we’ve gotten close a few times recently, but I’d love to see a giantess receiving focus in something truly mainstream, like the MCU or a AAA game. Something that’ll introduce more people to the idea of giant women and their potential would be a phenomenal boost to the community.

On a more local level, I’d like to see more focus in fetish content on giant men and women actually doing sexual stuff when believably appearing to be big. At the moment it seems most fetish content either has realistic SFX or is truly sexual – hardly ever both.

#7) Do you have any upcoming projects that you’d like to mention?

Recently I’ve been creating collections (either multi-part stories or just connected worlds) with several collages but shorter captions. I’ve found its really helped me explore bigger stories without burn out so my plan is to do more of them.

Other than that, my only plan is to continue doing what I’m doing.
