Deirdre “DiDi” Star is a trans-giantess babe, macrophile smut writer, and sex worker supporter. She recently finished “Indecent Exposure” earlier this month which features five chapters of slow growth, gentle mini-giantesses, wizards, Oklahoma, gals being pals, and a fantastic rendered cover created by An Innocent Owl. Along with “Indecent Exposure,” she also wrote “Mudbrawl XL,” a tale about female wrestlers exposed to a growth compound developed by Terra Medical Solutions, and “The Main Attraction,” which features two giantesses and how the people of a Spokane suburb react to their sudden arrival. Fans can find those stories at Giantess World and follow DiDi Star on Twitter for previews and the latest updates.
#1) Can you tell the readers a little about yourself?
Sure thing! I’m 26 years old, hailing from the frigid, far off reaches of Canada where I work as a repair technician by day and size Twitter smut slinger by night. I’ve been in the scene for quite a while, lurking and anonymously writing for years before emerging with a brief-lived collage project. However, in the wake of my transition, I returned to Twitter as a way to be myself when I couldn’t be elsewhere. I also performed in a band for the last 9 years!
#2) How did you first become interested in size themes?
Gosh, this question comes up a lot and every time I try to reconcile how I came to have the feelings I have but I always come up short. In a way, my infatuation with the fantasy of size play was just kinda always there, stoked by the rare instances of size content in the media I consumed while growing up. I think I became acutely aware of that feeling and what it meant around 14 when I started to understand sexuality more confidently.
#3) Any advice for those who struggle with accepting their size fetish?
Don’t let anybody make you feel shameful for the feelings you have. Like, I get it, dude. Wanting to get stepped on is weird, I won’t tell you it’s not, but we own it. Our insular fetish has given way to a community that is accepting and nurturing, we wear our kink with pride. You don’t have to be “loud and proud”, you definitely don’t have to come out to your parents about it, but don’t let people tear you down because of how you feel.
#4) Are there games or films you could recommend for those stuck at home because of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)?
I am a tremendous fan of the DOOM series and the newest entry, DOOM Eternal, came out last month and has kept me wrapped around its finger almost nonstop. Otherwise, I strongly recommend getting a Game Pass subscription if you have a platform that supports it. If all else fails, there’s always Nailed It on Netflix.
#5) What are a few of your favorite works from other creators?
An ongoing story I’m currently really enjoying is Undeserved Power by Quill20 on DeviantArt. Otherwise, I will admit I’m slacking in my reading list and I’m not up to date with the libraries of my peers. When in doubt, I can count on Njord, Psuedo, Nyx, Elle, and many more to turn out a delectable piece of fiction.
#6) How would you describe your stories?
I really enjoy the idea of power being given to the unassuming or the downtrodden. In two of my published stories, the protagonists have been some form of sex worker, people belonging to a profession often stigmatized or looked down upon by society at large. I like taking people from those walks of life and empowering them. I am a fan of excess. I love depravity, I love the zaniness, I love the extreme. Like, I wrote Mudbrawl XL because the spectacle and wanton destruction and sheer excess of two giant women fighting is such a simple, inelegant premise that I drink like fine wine every time I see it. I never set out to create anything more than this blunt, inelegant thing, I’m not writing to elevate the medium, but I take care to write a story that is compelling and interesting. At least, I hope I do, my reviews mostly keep telling me, I apparently have a flair for description.
#7) Do you have any upcoming projects that you would like to mention?
I do! Many even. I recently got a hardware upgrade and I’m hopefully going to resume collaging and clip editing as well as dabbling with 3D rendering. As for writing, I’m very pleased to have 3 complete stories now sitting in my library after Indecent Exposure sat unfinished for 7 months. I’m currently working on a shrink story, which is uncharacteristic for me! It’s my take on the age old scenario of a tiny and an unaware giantess, hopefully it’ll be out soon for y’all to enjoy. And, without giving too much away, there’s still one alternate ending to Mudbrawl that I think begs to be told. I don’t know when I’ll get to that but we’ll see 😉
