Interview with GrowCloneGrow, a 3-D Artist Making Expansion, Growth, and Macrophilia Animations

GrowCloneGrow is a 3-D artist who first began producing expansion, growth, and generally macrophilia-themed animations and videos in 2019. These feature growing men and women, as well as futanari characters. Those clips are created using the virtual reality (VR) program Virt-A-Mate. The developer, MeshedVR, of Virt-A-Mate describes it as “an adult-only virtual reality sex simulator and sandbox.” In particular, I enjoyed GrowCloneGrow’s explicit video “Pool Growth Chemicals Pt.1” from April 2020 and I recommend it to fans of giant couples. #1) Can you tell the readers a little about yourself?

I am 24 years old from the Midwest United States. I won’t go into many personal details but my interests include gaming (PC), and video production. I am most active on my twitter @growclonegrow where I interact with fans of my work and always willing to strike up a conversation about growth content.

#2) How did you first become interested in macrophilia?

I have been interested in this stuff from a very young age. Earliest memories were usually from the act of size changing growth specifically in movies and animated TV shows like Alice in Wonderland and the cartoon “Totally Spies” growth episode being early influences. (Editor’s note: I believe that was “Attack of the 50 Ft. Mandy,” episode 7 of season 4, which initially aired on March 26th, 2006.) First specific size content I found interested in was “Be tall” by Tetsu.

#3) Are any of your everyday acquaintances aware of your interest?

I have only had 1 partner where I have shared my kink with and my animations that I create. I wish I had more positivity in the kink but being taller myself growing up I always thought others would find my interest weird and unusual which kept me from sharing it. I hope in the future size difference interests like mine won’t be seen as a anomaly. (Editor’s note: Amen to that sentiment!)

#4) What are a few of your favorite creations from other artists?

Animators- I really enjoy the work of are Jcalin, AZmaybe9, and Big Johnsons. I would also like to acknowledge the animation work of Pixelpants, another animator that uses the Virt-A-Mate Program for growth animations.

IRL performers- I enjoy content from are Kayla Kiss, and Ludella Hahn. Both perform great on camera and clearly have passion for the kink and content. Ludella especially with her camera work for growth videos.

Art- There are so many amazing artists I have found but if I had to pick one it would be @hollewdz

#5) How would you describe your work?

My work is primarily focused on growth and expansion 3d animations. I always love the idea of growing whether it be out of clothes or (especially) a building and showing the sense of euphoria when growing. POV angles I enjoy creating for my videos as I believe there should be more in the size community.

#6) Can you briefly describe the effort which goes into videos like the recent “City Giantess, Masturbation Growth”? Do you have any advice for people wanting to make their own?

My animations are created with a motion capturing application called Virt-A-Mate using gaming VR technology. I use an HTC Vive plus motion trackers to create my animation. The drawback to using this program is that I can not edit the scene from frame to frame but instead needing to animate the movement of a single body part of the character within a scene that plays all the other live action inputs from their recording like a 3d puppet. I do all the editing and sound design myself as well which can take just as long as animating itself.

#7) Could you discuss the rewards for supporting your Patreon? Are there any upcoming projects that you would like to mention?

Upcoming projects I am working on; Theatre growth animation, a couple growth and expansion animation. I have also just completed a 70 page comic which is available to patrons now but will be released to the public in the future.

My patrons are set up into 2 categories. The Mini which is $2 is mostly for individuals who would like to support me for me and what I am creating. The $8 MEGA tier is for those more passionate supporters of my work. They enjoy what I create as a creator and are willing to give more for the benefits of early access to my material, plus additional photos and videos for animations I create that are not final products.
