Sneak Peek “Growing Climax: Patient 2” by Mel Heflin & Goro Brava

Yesterday, There She Grows provided an exclusive sneak peek (click here for that) at the first of two upcoming video clips produced by Goro Brava and starring Mel Heflin. (FULL DISCLOSURE: Goro graciously provided review copies.) This second clip, “Growing Climax: Patient 2,” continues a storyline which began with Canary Addison in mid-March 2021. Fans should check out that initial entry for context, go here for a look at that. Footage from the original Growing Climax was incorporated into this latest entry including a sequence in which Addison was a giantess. That’s right viewers will see not one, but two giant women.

In this 15-minute long video Mel Heflin plays a woman named Vickie who tells her friend Addison about a paid test study of libido enhancers. Vickie is going on a third date with a man named Tim at an Italian eatery. She predicts that the evening may get “a little spicy” so she takes one of those libido enhancing pills beforehand.

The pill not only boosted Vickie’s sexual appetite, but also caused her body to slowly expand. (Who could have guessed?) Understandably, visible horniness in a public setting causes the protagonist a fair amount of embarrassment and there’s only so much help ice-cold drinking water can provide. Unfortunately Vickie, like most restaurant patrons, balks at self-pleasuring while sitting in a dignified eatery. At least she was reluctant to begin with…

Eventually, the arousal became too much to contain so Vickie throws Tim to the floor and literally rips his blue jeans off. (We’ve all been there.)

Regarding positives, there is a ton for growth fans to love. As shown above there was a lot of clothing destruction. Attention was paid to details which are often missed. For instance, Vickie’s hair was pulled back at normal size, but was freed and loose after she grew. (NOTE: That was a detail which 1965’s “Village of the Giants” overlooked when Tisha Sterling’s character Jean still had a rubber band holding her ponytail even after she became 30-feet tall.)

As mentioned yesterday, Mel has extensive experience as an actress. That showed in her performance as she delivered a not unsubstantial amount of dialogue to drive the narrative. These lines included a humorous reference to a popular American restaurant chain known for their breakfast options. Goro also made a visual Easter egg to pay homage to a legendary creator.

Most importantly, I would argue that the biggest positive selling point is sex-fueled growth! Thousands of growth videos at Clips4Sale, ManyVids, OnlyFans, etc., show performers using various MacGuffins (such as experimental elixirs, magic spells, ray guns, etc.) to fuel their expansion. However, it is exceedingly rare to depict sex making a human larger. People may think that is an odd aspect to focus on, but the appeal of this concept is demonstrated in comics where it is easier to realize. Ergo, it is less difficult to draw a person growing than show that in live-action. Illustrated stories by Botcomics, Interweb Comics, and ZZZ Comics show women (and less often men) swelling bigger due to intercourse. Those companies apparently like the idea and presumably so do their customers.

However, sex-fueled growth is very rare in live-action video. I *think* this might be one of the very first, possibly the first, to show a performer growing larger while having sex! That is groundbreaking and just plain awesome in my humble opinion. To be clear there are older productions, such as a couples video by Diane Chrystall, which show two people becoming giants then having sex or a normal-sized woman (like MissaX) growing to match a giant partner then having sex. However, I cannot think of an earlier example in which the emphasis was squarely on showing a performer growing while fucking, in this case in the cowgirl position. If any reader knows of an earlier instance then please comment below.

Regarding negatives, there were a few issues a reviewer might quibble at. Tim was mute the entire time so Vickie gave a monologue when I would have preferred a back and forth conversation between the romantic pair. Additionally, it would have been nice to hear Tim express verbal amazement as his date grows. Only one person doing all the talking is not an uncommon practice in amateur productions. Nonetheless, credit to Tim’s performer for having the courage to even appear on camera, much less go naked.

Lastly, and this might just be a problem for me, there was a sequence in which Vickie ends a conversation with Addison in her car then re-appears in the same car in the same location, but wearing a different outfit. Since she was in a vehicle my expectation was the next time we saw her she would have traveled to somewhere else. Instead, she stayed put in the identical parking spot. (NOTE: Credit to the producer for filming outside a green screen studio; numerous amateur film makers never leave their one-room location.)

Overall, Growing Climax: Patient 2 is strongly recommended for growth fans who appreciate a well-executed sex-fueled growth sequence.
