Destruction Damsels Presents Canary Addison in “A GROWING NEWS STORY”!

Good morning everyone,

Today, let’s set aside CGI comics for the moment and return to the field of size-fetish videos. In particular, we’ll once again check out a video clip produced by Destruction Damsels. This studio began producing clothing destruction, masturbation and lesbian scenes, and sexy cosplay content starting in August 2017. Initially, they operated under the name “Midlantic Hotties,” but later rebranded to Destruction Damsels. In December 2020, Destruction Damsels added size-fetish to their areas of interest and since then they have produced several size-related videos such as “A GROWING CLIMAX” (also starring Canary Addison), “A ‘GROWING’ EDUCATION,” and “A GROWING RESIDENT.”

(NOTE: You can read an interview with the studio owner here.)

“A GROWING NEWS STORY” was first released on July 28th, 2021, and has a 9-minute runtime. Size fans who were watching children’s animated TV shows during the late 1980s and early 1990s should recognize that Canary is cosplaying as reporter April O’Neil, a friend of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT). April can be seen on the right as she appeared in the initial TMNT series ➡

(SIDE NOTE: A few actresses, such as Judith Hoag and Megan Fox, have played April in the live-action movies.)

While anthropomorphic turtles do not appear in this clip, they were other references to TMNT such as Canary’s transformation being caused by an ooze-like substance resembling that which changed four pet shop turtles into wise-cracking and pizza-eating crime fighters. Furthermore, there was a reference to “Vern,” a news man from Channel 6 who also appeared in TMNT.

There was an effort made to construct a proper parody by incorporating details from the original source material and that world-building made the final product much more interesting. There were also bits of humor liberally sprinkled throughout this production, plus a nod to the “WNUF Halloween Special” which I quite appreciated!

A few things I wanted to highlight in this screenshot. One, the fact that the green-screened background moved. You can’t tell from this still image, but the waves actually moved. I love that! Also, the subtitle provides a good example of the humor used throughout. Lastly, it is important to note that the outline or the masking around the performer was a bit feathered unfortunately.

In general, this displayed a high level of quality and production value along with clothing destruction and full nudity. It’s simply one of the best growth videos that I’ve ever seen. That said, there are a few things that I would have changed. One, temporarily remove Canary’s belly button piercing after she becomes a giantess. That costs no money to do and helps sell the illusion that she has really become super-humanly large. Also, more should be done to blend the performer into the background. I already mentioned the occasionally uneven outline which made Canary stand apart from the setting, but work should also be done to ensure that she fits into a scene as expected. For instance, it’s clear in the following that the bottom of her feet aren’t contacting the pedestal which she should be standing on.

Gotta say I do prefer Lady Liberty sans clothing 😎

Additionally, in one sequence two very distinct CGI models were used to represent a single aircraft:

The helicopter looks like this at one point.
Suddenly, the exact same helicopter looks like this.

I’m not saying that the attention to detail should be so hyper-focused that the obscure differences between similar rotary-wing aircraft like the MH-53 Pave Low and HH-53 Super Jolly Green Giant are highlighted. However, it’s my opinion that even a layman with no specialized knowledge of helicopters could easily determine that the two CGI assets seen above are significantly different. It shouldn’t cost any additional funds to only use one helicopter model instead of two. In fact, that might save a little cash.

Overall, those were quibbles and this is still a superb growth video. Goro, the owner of Destruction Damsels, stated on 1 August that this clip was #1 at Clips4Sale and based on the craftsmanship I can easily understand why. Well done!

Canary Addison in “A GROWING NEWS STORY”! can be purchased for $9.99 (or $8.99 for low-res) at the following link:

That’s it for today folks. Next week’s reviews will begin with a video made in Japan. Until then, keep growing!
